Poor Jacob

Jacob (and consequently his mom) had a rough night last night. He had a high fever and did not get much sleep. I took him to the doctor where they concluded that he has the flu. They put this mask on him to move around the office. I thought he looked so pathetic. Not sure it was necessary - but I guess people are getting uptight these days.

COX FARM!!!

We had a very fun day at Cox Farm. It has been several years since we have gone and Carter was so sad that we did not go last year. It was a cold day and everyone bundled up (except Dave who did not check the weather!) We had a really fun time and loved the new additions like the corn maze!

HHS Choir Ice Cream Social

We had so much fun at the icecream social. We had lots of icecream, a raffle, a wild game of musical chairs, and lot of fun and laughing. It was a lot of work - but very worth it!

Just off the Metro! Fun day!

We had a very fun time going downtown today. We rode the Metro down and walked to the American History Musuem. We saw so many fun exhibits. We all liked the Abraham Lincoln exhibit and the popular culture exhibit. Becky met us at the musuem and then we all walked over to Dave's office and said hi. After that - we went to Union Station and Becky treated us to a very fun lunch at America. All the kids said it was their favorite "tradition" . After lunch - we walked down to Capitol South and headed home. (after a quick stop at robeks!!) We had a fun day.
